This Terms of Use and Privacy Policy aims to establish the conditions for the processing of personal data of users who register for the event THE SEND, promoted by the MOVIMENTO DUNAMIS (CNPJ 14.761.989/0001-60), in accordance with the General Data Protection Law of Brazil (Law No. 13.709/2018).
By accepting these terms, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully agree with its provisions.
- PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION
Personal data will be collected and processed for the following purposes:
- Manage event registration and participation, including pre- and post-event communications;
- Provide support and assistance to users regarding registration;
- Personalize communications and offers for events and activities of the Movimento Dunamis;
- Conduct internal analyses to improve events and courses;
- Process payments (when applicable) through a third-party platform (TicketandGo), without direct storage of payment data;
- Fulfill legal obligations or respond to requests from competent authorities.
Only the data strictly necessary for the aforementioned purposes will be collected, including:
- Identification: Full name, ID document (RG), CPF;
- Contact Information: Email, phone/mobile number, address;
- Profile: Gender, date of birth, marital status, education level, occupational status;
- Religious Information: Church position/role, denomination, frequency of Bible reading;
- Participation History: Previous events, accessibility needs.
The processing of this information, even if it involves sensitive data, occurs exclusively for the purpose of organizing the event and personalizing the participant’s experience.
Data may be stored on servers in Brazil or abroad, provided that applicable legislation is respected and adequate protection levels are ensured.
Data will be retained only for the period necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, comply with legal obligations, and preserve rights. After this period, the data will be deleted or anonymized.
Personal data may be shared in the following cases:
- Internal areas of the Movimento Dunamis for the execution of the described purposes;
- Third-party service providers (e.g., payment platforms, IT infrastructure, cloud hosting);
- Public authorities, when required by law or court/administrative order;
- Events, schools, and partner institutions (e.g., Bible Rush, Greenhouse, Dunamis School of Ministry, Dunamis College – Faculdade Dunamis) for communication and customized offerings;
- Corporate restructuring processes (e.g., mergers or acquisitions), while respecting legal guarantees.
No third-party tracking cookies are used on the registration website. If this changes, users will be informed in advance.
- PROCESSING OF MINORS’ DATA
If minors participate in the event, it is recommended that registration be carried out by a legal guardian or under their supervision, in accordance with Article 14 of the General Data Protection Law of Brazil.
- CONSENT FOR IMAGE AND RECORDING USAGE
During the event, images and videos may be captured for institutional and promotional purposes. By accepting these terms, participants authorize the use of their image on social media, websites, and other channels of the Movimento Dunamis, without financial compensation.
If the user does not wish to be included in promotional materials, they may request exclusion from the event organization or contact the email provided in this document.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Law of Brazil, users may, at any time:
- Confirm the existence of the processing of their data;
- Request access, correction, anonymization, blocking, or deletion of excessive or unlawfully processed data;
- Request data portability;
- Revoke consent for data processing, when applicable;
- Obtain information about the sharing of their data with third parties.
- To exercise these rights, users should contact the Data Protection Officer (DPO), as indicated in Clause X.
- RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES
VIII.I. Users
- Provide accurate and updated information;
- Keep login credentials confidential (when applicable);
- Use the services in accordance with the provisions of this document.
VIII.II. Movimento Dunamis
- Adopt security measures to protect personal data;
- Ensure service continuity, except in cases of force majeure or scheduled maintenance;
- Not be held responsible for external failures, such as cyberattacks or user negligence with their own devices and networks.
The Movimento Dunamis implement technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access and incidents, including:
- Continuous training of employees on data protection;
- Use of secure passwords and authentication for system access;
- Constant monitoring of information security.
